Kowry Technologies Ltd ("Kowry", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17202314), registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. We operate the digital platform available at kowry.io and via our mobile applications.
Kowry is currently in pre-launch phase. Services are being developed and will be made available progressively. By registering your interest or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Creating an account requires you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes identity verification and proof of address. This is a legal requirement under UK and applicable African anti-money laundering regulations.
Kowry is developing mobile-money-native cross-border settlement infrastructure for African corridors. Any transaction functionality made available during beta or commercial launch will be subject to applicable licensing, partner integration, fees, limits, and compliance checks.
Some pages may describe future or concept-stage modules such as cards, enterprise APIs, collections, or additional payment services. These modules are not available unless expressly launched by Kowry and may require additional licensing, partner approvals, or updated terms.
The public website does not offer regulated investment, securities, staking, or yield products. Any future financial product would be subject to separate regulatory review and specific customer terms.
Target integrations include mobile money providers such as M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and Orange Money, alongside regulated bank or payment partners where approved. Processing times, fees, and availability will depend on partner agreements and local regulatory permissions.
Current fees are published on our platform and may be updated with 14 days' notice. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the fee applicable at that time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, transaction holds, settlement review, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and settlement coordination involve operational and regulatory risk. Exchange rates, liquidity availability, rail uptime, compliance review, and correspondent or mobile money partner processing can affect timing, settlement value, and service availability. Kowry does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

All content on the Kowry platform — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, code, text, and data — is the property of Kowry Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kowry Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Kowry in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kowry Technologies Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, applicable law, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will endeavour to return any funds held in your account after satisfying applicable regulatory obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
